On the advice of the PT, I purchased this brace for my lower back pain while walking and standing. It fit well under my shirt but I wore a camisole under it so it wasn’t next to my skin. I expect it will be hot in the summer. As long as I was standing, the brace was comfortable but when I sat, I was quite uncomfortable and finally had to either loosen the belt or take it off. Stable brace with heating and cooling pad which helps with comfort when wearing the the brace. Belt is sturdy and equipped. I am pleased with the support I get with this back support. I'm a petite woman & the support fits great. It has a gel pack & an additional removable adaptive support. Also, it has compression straps. Good belt
I have and used many belts and this one felt good from the start. Velcro holds good and not that thin plastic feel hook/loop type that wears in few months.. full disclosure I used good discounts and got under $15 so it was well worth the price. Retail at $45 would be ok if you include the heat/cold gel pack to use. I have a separate belt that does that and cost $25 alone and I love it and this belt is same concept design so it would help when you need. Combined a 2 in one belt support and heat/cold option I would recommend.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
