The strap for your hand is way to small for my hand. The other strap has plenty of adjustment, but even with out the ice pack I can't close the strap near my hand. With the ice pack that a chance. Helps painful wrist
This wrist brace you can use either with a cold or warm pack. The pack is included and it really helps with the pain and swelling. Wrist Brace - effective, easy to use
It was very effective and helpful for aching wrist. Optional g pack what cools in a refrigerator was helpful also. Comfortable. Did need help to put it on. works for both hands
It works for both hands, but the straps are a little short , making it hard to fasten them with just one hand. I like the addition of the hot/cold pack.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
