It really is waterproof and smudge proof
I really love this mascara it lengthens lashes and does not easily smudge which for me was the main concern. Favorite Primer Mascara
Great to use as your first coat. It's not stiff, so it gently shapes your lashes and puts them in place. Second coat makes it that much better. It washes off well, yet does not fade at all through a day teaching 28 kids, and going to the gym! It's my go to scara!!!1 year agoHi there!
