I noticed it smeared in my inner waterline however, my eyes get watery with or without eyeliner. Great for tightlining
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glides on easily. I used it to tight line my lower lash line. It lasted all day with zero smudging. The blending end works well. You can smoke out the edges with it if you prefer that look. I don’t think it would be easy to get a wing with it due to it being like a twist up pencil.
