I received this product in exchange for an honest review. My 8 year old was so excited to try this knitting craft kit. She learned to finger knit a couple years ago and has been wanting to learn how to knit more ever since. She tried the beginner project of the Axolotl and enjoyed it. We read over all the instructions before she began so she would know how to do each step of the project. The pictures were very helpful for her to understand how to do each step. Sure was also able to do the entire project by herself with little help from me. The ruler on the bottom of the instructions helped her to measure out how much yarn she needed. These would be great projects for a rainy day. Knitting challenge accepted
I received this product in exchange for an honest review. My 12 year old had a fun challenge working with this kit. She had never done it before, so it took a few tries to get started. We recommend making a magic knot to start so it doesn't slip and unravel at the start. We liked that it was a smaller project to get the hang of of the hoop knitting works. If she was younger, I would definitely have needed to help her more. Relaxing activities for adults, too!
I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Playmonster has done it again! My 7 and 9 year olds loved make these cute characters, all while learning how to knit. My children needed some assistance, especially when adding the details. When they were tired of knitting, I took over. I found it quite relaxing to knit and complete a cute little animal. One of my daughters even designed her own character - a potato, using what she learned from making the axolotl and the bee. Learn to Knit Little Stuffed Animals
I received this product in exchange for an honest review. My 10 year old daughter was thrilled to get this Let’s Learn to Knit craft kit to make 3 little stuffed animals. She jumped right in and read the directions and got started creating. I like the craft kit because everything you need is included except a pair of scissors. This would be great to do at home after school or on the weekend and also great to take while traveling to keep a kid busy since everything is in the box! The yarns and felt pieces are nice quality and soft. My daughter only need a tiny bit of help. We love this!
I received this product in exchange for an honest review. My kiddos loved getting to make their own loom knit creations. They have seen mom make scarves and hats and this was a fun way for them to learn the art of loom knitting. The knitting needle is hard to handle, but everything else is amazing. The yarn is not you traditional yarn, more a T-shirt style yarn. Fun doll maker
I received this product in exchange for an honest review. We tried the first of the three designs in the kit. The directions were good, but kids definitely need some guidance. The first attempt one of my girls missed a loop and we had to unravel and begin again. They were happy with the final product though and love the little axolotl that they made.
