Poor design. Is similar to bubble wrap. When the individual pods of liquid freeze they form uncomfortable lumps which are bothersome when you lie or sit on it. Strap is not adjustable so it’s pretty much useless for securing it to parts of the body. Enclosed sleeve does not cover the entire thing. Cold pack
The cold pack is lasting no more than 5 or less of Cold. I love the outer bag so you just attach to wherever it hurts. I've been using for my nerve pain on my back. Grear ice pack
This ice pack is wonderful it stays cold for a long time and is consistent accross the pack. It has a strap to hold it in place. It is perfect for my knee. It n is sturdy and chills quickly. Too rigid to wrap
This delivers on staying cold, however, at least in my freezer. It is hard as a rock so despite the cover and the strap, I am unable to wrap it around my knee like I need to.
