Hopefully it will improve my bone density

So far I think the product is okay.. The thing that upset me, I pray for the monthly discount, but now if a CVS branded product is on sale you do not get the 20% off. This is sad to me. Great Price and Product
My 90 year old mother takes these regularly and has been for years. You can usually get them on sale buy one get one 50 percent off. They have the same ingredients as the name brands. Easy to swallow once you get used to the size. Does not cause stomach upset or heartburn when breaking down. She swears by these for bone health. She gets around easily. Broke her leg a couple of years ago but was out of rehab in 3 weeks and back home on her own.
