This product will not work. It has no smooth coating and tastes so very bad. It almost choked me so had to spit it out. Guaifenesin helps your nasal passages remain open
I have used this product for while now. Whenever my nose starts plugging up, I use it to keep things flowing. It does work. However, as I discovered with working with my ENT doctor, you need to take three times a day for effective results.
