these pills are pretty easy to swallow. They’re a bit big but no bad taste. There’s a smooth texture. And it makes me feel more full after eating. How Convenient!
I’m soooo glad I found these thanks to Influenster and CVS. I’m supposed to include fiber in my diet whether through diet or supplement, and that’s been hard until now. Sure, I increase the fiber in my diet, but the only supplements I ever found were gummies or fiber powder to add to water. This made compliance tricky. Since receiving these capsules, I’ve had no worries about my fiber intake. My bowel habits are healthy and I’m having no problem taking these daily. Upon receiving this product I started with one pill in the evening after my dinner. I felt like it hit right away or within a few minutes. After a while of using I feel like it didn't have the same effect but I was able to go more frequently atleast once a day compared to back then that it was every other day or so. No more bloating, and finally regular!
I’ve been using CVS daily Fiber Capsules for a week or two now and it’s made a real difference. The biggest change is that I am no longer dealing with bloating. My stomach just feels better overall. Good Fibet Supplement
I took 2 capsules twice a day. I definitely helped with my overall digestive help. A good way to get fiber. Works well
These CVS health daily fire capsules are very effective for my digestive system. The only downside I would say is having to take so many within the day. I’m really not a pill person so if these could be smaller with more packed inside instead of taking five would be way better and not feel so excessive. But they are easy to swallow. They do keep me regular and I had no type of side effects from using them. I didn’t experience no gas in the instructions are pretty clear on how to take them.
