I just started using this a week ago. It seems to be helping me. I've been suffering with IBS for many years. I'm hoping that this will be the answer to my issues. I like that it provides me with over 24 billion CFU and is formulated with 4 bacteria strains. Easy to take. Just once a day. Easy to swallow. I take it 30 minutes before my breakfast. Nice product, hate the packaging
I have been taking daily probiotic capsules for several years. I bought this particular package as it was the largest one available, but I HATE the bubble sheets that each capsule is contained in. Very expensive but I need probiotics in my diet
