Dairy issues can effect anyone. The dairy relief caplets are great to atleast ease the stress of dairy on your body when you are going to be eating/drinking it. I would argue that you should consume the caplets well before you expect to have your meal. So convenient!!
As a lactose intolerant girly, I love being able to always have dairy relief caplets on me. The packaging of these is great, I keep a sleeve in all my purses and cars. Good dairy relief!
These dairy relief caplets are great! I suffer from really bad lactose intolerance and taking these when I drink or eat any dairy products really helps to keep my stomach in order during the day, especially when I’m at work! Super helpful when eating dairy

Works great!
As someone who’s always at war with dairy it’s nice to have products like this to help still enjoy some of my favorite things. This product didn’t have a bad after taste and easy to swallow. I’m terrible with pills so great size. Didnt work for me
Sadly i had such high hopes for this product! I live cream in my coffee, a good cheese, etc. This didnt help my symptoms. I still got bloated and had horrible stomach cramps. I even tried it 3 times to see if it would make a difference with what I ate. It didnt.
