NOT KT tape
This is NOT KT tape. My PT has been using KT tape on my injury and I needed replacement tape at home. The packaging and description sounds like KT tape, but KT tape stretches and has elastic to support bones and muscles, this is basically black colored masking tape for the skin. I tried saving money by trying this CVS brand option, and like always they dismally fail. Super handy, worked great
This tape is easy to use, easy to tear and has just the right amount of stick. This came in handy when I needed my CGM to stay on until the next day… It was comfortable and breathable and served its purpose. Great athletic tape to keep on hand
I have two teen athletes in my home and always seem to need athletic tape. This CVS athletic tape appears to hold up well, is just sticky enough without being too sticky and like the packaging says, it is quite easy to tear off and into strips as needed. Works well, easy to use.
Works well to stabilize joints during physical activity. I personally use it when skating, and my husband has good success with finger joints for golf. I like that it is easy to work with/tear and thay sticks well without leaving residue on the skin. Love this athletic tape
