Epsom Salt
This is the best value Epsom Salt that CVS carries. It's unscented, and does the job. Relax your muscles in a bath with Epsom Salt.
Two or three times a month, I enjoy relaxing in a bathtub of hot water and Epsom Salt. My tub is deep, so I pour two or three cups of Epsom Salt, which quickly dissolves into the water. The magnesium in Epsom Salt is absorbed, and relaxes tight, tired muscles.
