Doesn’t stay cold
This product doesn’t stay cold for even five minutes after you remove it from the freezer I would not recommend this product. Do not waste your money.Reply from .2 months agoHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Gel Therapy Cold Compress Pack, S-M. Very happy
Hurt my ankle and this was a godsend. I was on the road and didn’t have my normal supply of gel packs or ace bandages. This worked great.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - NOLAjoReviewed 6 months agoValue Out of 5Meets expectationsOut of 5Quality Out of 5
Adequate for my needs
It gets cold enough if I use only a thin layer between it and my skin. The coldness lasts for about 15 minutes. I'd be much happier if there were more gel in it. I like the detached strap because it is easier to adjust the compress to various locations on my body although it would be great if the strap were longer.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendCunniff KevinReviewed 6 months agoValue Out of 5Meets expectationsOut of 5Quality Out of 5
Relieve for arm pain
I had a need for a reply for an arm ice pack. I had been given a vaccine and had intense pain in my arm. The ice pack relieved the pain and terminated the itching quickly. I had to use it again and found relief.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendBOBBIVerified purchaseReviewed 8 months agoValue Out of 5Meets expectationsOut of 5Quality Out of 5
Broke first week
It broke the first week I had it and leaked all over my car and house. I didn’t notice until there was white paste from inside all over. Worked great until then.Reply from CVS Customer Relations Representative8 months agoHi Bobbi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Gel Therapy Cold Compress Pack.
