Tops usually open easily but this one never opened so that I could pump product. I had to screw top open to obtain soap to wash my face. Facial soap was very watery and felt as if it needed shaking or something was wrong with it. Gently facial cleanser

After cetaphil changed the formula of their gentle cleanser I’ve been struggling to find a replacement for my sensitive skin. This one is exactly what I was looking for!
