Seems to keep my knee pain in check
I really can't tell the true effectiveness unless I stop using these tablets for a couple of weeks. I'm not going to do that. BOGO and it works
I regularly use CVS Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM Caplets. I take 2 a day. They really help with my arthritis. BOGO is a great value{{userCount} users found this review helpful.

This combination of Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM works well for my knee pain. I'm not sure which ingredient helps the most, or if it is just a good combination when they are all in there. I can definitely tell if I haven't taken it in a couple of days. I usually only take one tablet a day.
