To use CVS Health Glycerin Suppositories, gently insert one well up into the rectal area. The suppository does not need to fully melt in order to begin producing a laxative effect Please see package instructions for product-specific dosing. Please note that these suppositories are made for adults and for children of the age of six and older. For children under the age of six, please use CVS Child Suppositories.
