Directions for Use: Position underwear with the printed label at the back. Slip on and off like regular underwear. Tear open sides at side seams to put on and off without removing your clothes or while lying in bed. Readjust the adjustable tabs anywhere on the front of the underwear for the most comfortable fit. Dispose of in a sanitary manner.
