I received this supplement and I only have positive feedback. This is the first Iron supplement that I do and do not get constipate. My energy level has been steady and it has a very nice flavor. It does not taste like medicine at all. They are gummy but they do not get stick together and are not sugar coated. It taste sweet and fruity, more like grape gummy at first. However, because iron and zinc naturally have a strong metallic flavor, these gummies leave a slight metallic or earthy aftertaste underneath the sweet fruit flavoring. I like them.
These tasted much better than expected nice fruity flavor. I was pleasantly surprised. However there is a slight iron taste on the back end. Much easier to take than a traditional iron.
