Didn’t really work at all. Not sticky enough so it kept coming off of me, didn’t heat up very much at all too. Not what I expected
I had high hopes for this product because heat always helps with the pain. I was very disappointed. The patch was semi-hard and I couldn’t get it to heat up well. It does stick nicely to clothing and won’t come off. Once it sticks once, the adhesion is done. Perfect for cramps.

Very good! Very good!
These worked very well! I love how thin the patches are making them fairly seamless under clothing. The heat was also long lasting and it didn’t leave any residue or smell. Helps alleviate pain and discomfort.
These are pretty good. They stay warm for a while but they shift as you move so it’s difficult to keep them in place. Must have for cramps!

Warm and cozy
This was smaller than I expected didn’t get super hot Wouldn’t really say it took the pain away, but it was like a soothing calming warmth that was relaxing definitely would’ve preferred a larger size. Loved that It didn’t go on my skin so there was no sticky sensation or anything and it actually lasted longer than the eight hours It said so that was good.
