I usually drink Gatorades, powerades, and sometimes even Pedialyte if I am feeling really ill. I'm glad I was able to try this electrolyte drink mix. This package contains 6 0.46 oz sticks. One stick has 510 mg of sodium which is a lot more than your general powerades which have about 200 mg of sodium. This specific electrolyte mix is the sugar-free white peach flavor. I absolutely did not like it. It tastes like medicine. Yummy!!
Okay first sip took me by surprise but after the third, it was delicious! I don’t drink electrolytes a lot so I’m not used to that taste. Now I love it and can’t wait to try other flavors! Strong smell but could be effective
The smell of the mix is very strong and almost overwhelming. I used room temperature water to mix the packet with so it would dissolve better. The flavor is very strong, but it does not really taste like peach. The packet does dissolve very well. It may taste better with colder water or by adding some ice cubes. Additionally, the taste may be different for someone who is truly dehydrated and in need of the extra electrolytes. Way too sweet
Wasn’t really a fan of this. It tastes extremely sweet. To the point the sweetener masks the peach taste. A win, convenient, rapid and refreshing hydration

Good hydration powder
Overall, while its taste is not the same as other hydration brand names out there (it tastes a little saltier), this CVS hydration powder does what it needs to do. The peach scent is very sweet and really does keep me going back for another sip. Great Taste Just Not Cheap
I loved this electrolyte powder. Not only was the flavor reminiscent of peach rings but zero sugar and zero aftertaste! The packet fully dissolved quickly once poured into my water and was small enough to store in my purse for when I needed it. The only negative I found is that the upfront flavor is very salty and the price point is higher than my current powder.
