We started using this product during covid. Our Internist recommended it to help keep our sinuses clear & protect us from covid. It worked very well. So well, in fact that us still use it today. During the hay fever months, we use it every morning. After that lets up, we use it every 2 or 3 days apart. It is goes a long way to keeping us well, both in summer and winter.
