This lysine definitely works to help with small shingles outbreaks (I’ve had both shingles vaccine doses), but the pills are too big for me. I’ve never been a good pill taker so I avoid any supplement that is this size. I have used this product from CVS for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. I usually try to find it on sale as a BOGO, to make the value be even better.
