I have been trying this supplements and I really do like the outcome of it. They are very effective. I feel more calm. The taste is really not bothering me. The quality of the ingredients is the thing that I like the most. I have been taking magnesium for a long time, and was thrilled to try CVS brand. I use a lot of their pharmacy products, including melatonin and other supplements. Value…check. Efficacy…check (I can literally feel a difference in my sleep and my muscles when I don’t take my magnesium or don’t use a good supplement). The only thing I can say gave me pause was a bit of a strange smokey taste/smell that I sometimes noticed. Stable product to have
After starting this magnesium glycinate I feel like my body just feels over better. I definitely feel like it has also helped with mental clarity, I don’t feel as fatigued or cloudy since taking this. Good
These capsules are amazing for my sleep. They help my body relax by reducing tenseness and physical stress in my muscles. The bottle is small enough to fit easily in my nightstand so I can rememeber to take it nightly, and the capsules are small and easy to swallow. It doesn’t have any flavor, which works for me! Large and mighty
I have been seeing magnesium supplements all over social media as of late and decided to give these a try. I’m in a place where working out and eating healthy have been a staple in my life and these provide the extra boost I need during the day to power through. The capsules are slightly big. High quality, lower price
I don't take a lot of supplements, but I've been wanting to add magnesium for sleep and gut health.
