Not the best Sethescope not great

Stethoscope is horrible

Requires alot of manipulation and practice.
Need to know heart sounds that comprise the blood pressure .Stethoscope adjustment tight. No carrying bag. Isn't as accurate as I would have expected.
Blood pressure was 20 degrees higher than at the Doctor's office.
