Just Lidocane, no other additives. Works great.

Reduces knee arthritis pain
Like many senior men, I have athritis pain in the knees. The level of pain can vary from slight to moderate. I find that using CVS Lidocaine Pain Relief Cream definitely provides significant relief. I rub it onto the skin surrounding my knees before I go to the gym. I am then easily able to endure a 60 minute Spin (indoor cycle) class without any pain. I've used CVS Lidocaine Cream successfully for at least the last three years. Wasn't great for me
Firstly, it's a lotion, not a cream and I have no idea why they would call it a cream when it's in a bottle and clearly a liquid. It went on smoothly with very little trouble. Absorbed nicely. I used a generous palmful each time I used it. The pain in my knees disappeared. But, that only lasted about 45 minutes. I normally use the lidocaine patches on my knees which provide all day relief, but during the summer I thought them unsightly with shorts, so I bought this.
