I use melatonin regularly, and the gummies are a great way to take it. They taste good, work promptly, but they can be costly. The deal I really appreciate is the CVS brand, value size, 120 gummies, and, wait, my good fortune of buying them while on sale for BOGO free. Tasty gummies
These melatonin gummies taste great, come in an easy to use package, and look/smell delicious. However, they did not work super well for me. They help me fall asleep, but I still wake up a few times at night after taking them. So I don’t know if it’s me or the product itself. 10 mg melatonin gummies they are great they help you get that good sleep they're consistency is just right they're soft chewy.
