Melatonin certainly works to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. My husband has been taking melatonin for 25 years with no harmful side effects. Strange that I went to cvs in fountain inn and wasn’t on sale. I needed iron and there wasn’t any so left. Went to cvs on five forks and they had iron and everything on sale buy one get one free so bought melatonin too.
