Does the job at a lower price than the name brands. No complaints about side effects as it was gentle on my stomach and easy to work into my daily routine. The 65 count is nice because it will last two months before having to reorder. The size about what you would expect a multivitamin to be but I was surprised by the blue color. The tablet is very big which makes it had to swall
This vitamins are great however the size is really big, at time it’s very very hard to swallow, many times it got stuck on the throat which need extra water to let it down. Packaging is very simple and easy to access without child safety lock.
