I tried these on a 6 hour job, on my feet the whole time. I was wearing dress shoes that I had worn before. I found that the front end of the shoes were uncomfortable and made my toes and the balls of my feet hurt. The heel was fine. Then I put these pads in my shoes and found that the front end was too thin, not enough padding for the toes and balls of my feet. The heel end was too padded and rain my foot to high and gave me a blister. Good General Purpose Insoles.

Added comfort for old shoes
I bought these because the shoes I have been wearing for 15 months or so needed insole reinforcement. They feel great in basketball shoes
I put these in my basketball shoes because they tend to be a little harsh on the feet. I can say that with these insoles added into the shoe I’m able to wear them all day without any pain or discomfort. They were easy to adjust because I did have to cut just a small piece out to make them fit the shoe. I love the gel and the design is phenomenal. I feel as if it does keep my feet dry. I’m not sure if that’s a me-thing but I love it. easy fit with comfortably
