This elbow support is pretty nice. I like this style with the extra compression wrap on the forearm side. The issue I had was the size. I'm about 195lbs, 6 ft. tall, skinnier arms, and the medium would barely fit up my arm. I could have used a large. If you work out or over 200lbs, I would definitely look into bigger (xl) sizes. This is elbow is good for lifting heaving stuff for that extra support. The pressure is medium not to harsh on the body. You can adjust it through the outside. Provides great support
Helps provider support to the elbow the pads are nice to cushion the elbow. After having surgery on my ulnar nerve it still gives me grief. Tight but effective
This is super tight and more great when I’m sitting at my desk and my elbows get so sore from pressing against the plastic cube that I sit and day and day out. The padding is fantastic and the strap is easy to wrap around and Velcro together. It is tough to pull on, but once you have it in place on your elbow, it stays where it needs to be. It fits well, and it’s adjustable which is nice. It supports my elbow pretty well and really does help me with muscle fatigue there. The material seems durable enough.
