Great for pain and support
I love this elbow strap. I crochet and knit a lot and am prone to wrist and elbow pain. I find if I wear this while crocheting/knitting, my elbow feels very supported and I don’t get pain afterwards. I have been using this brace for tennis elbow/elbow tendonitis caused by weightlifting and hypermobility. It seems to be helping keep my arm in the correct position while I work and type and use my arm throughout the day. I do remove it while lifting though.
