Nicotine replacement patches
They seem to work for me. I havent smoked since using the patch. Sometimes they fall off. I've been a smoker a long time. Way too long. I've tried a lot of different things. I will say these patches did help a little bit. Though I have not completely stopped, it did help me cut way back. I will continue to use them on a regular basis. Decent
Not for me was not too effective. Gave me a slight headache and was not good on my skin.
