Easy to Use
Nice feeling gooey beads with soft material backing. Flexible when cold or hot. Easy to heat up in microwave for fast relief. Cool in freezer in a few hours. Comfortable
I really like the design of this therapy pack. There is a strap that you wrap around you to keep it in place and it works really well. It keeps it in place. It is very stretchy so when you move around it stays where it is suppose to. It doesn't weigh too much. Seems durable. Versatile wearable pack that stays in place
My favorite things about this pack are the strap, the fabric, and the versatility . I love the strap to wear it while I rest or go about my day. It helps keep it in place while still soothing my aches and pains. The fabric side against the skin is a plus too; I’m sure I’m not the only one who is used to wrapping packs in a paper towel trying to keep it from being too hot or cold. Lastly I like the versatility. I prefer refrigerated pack, but if I need heat instead it’s so simple to pop it in the microwave and heat it up. It stays hot or cold for quite a while. Not only for your back!
It's not only for your back! Love that this can be used hot or cold. We kept ours in the freezer inside a ziplock bag since we use more cold than hot. I had a bag allergic reaction from a mosquito bite and this helped relieved my itch and best part was that I didn't have to hold it!! It’s so convenient to use and place.
I received this as a complimentary from Influenster to try out. I placed it in the freezer for 3 hours. Then I used it on my lower back. It felt really nice. I like that it has an elastic belt that you can just wrap it around your waist. Or even on any other body part. I even used it around my knee as a warm compress. Quick and effective
