Amazing hot and cold pack that works well
The CVS hot or cold pack that I have tested out has literally made my life so much easier. As someone who suffers from chronic back pain it's hard sit on a heating pad all day when you have kids to chase however this hot and cold pack is so portable and convenient. As a plus size girl I was worried about it not fitting my waist but it literally fits so well and is very stretchy and comfortable. I can sit down or walk around and not have any issues wearing it. Its very light weight. It would literally fit ant body type. The belt is very secure so it doesn't slide or fall off. Its so easy to heat it up in the microwave or put it in the freezer for the cold effect. Personally I prefer the heat because thats what feels best on my back. Anyone would be able to use it. I also love that it's easy to store whether you keep it in the freezer to stay cold or you store it somewhere in your house. This hot and cold pack has literally been a game changer for me and I love it so much. Totally worth it

I received this in exchange for my honest review. My husband has a recurring back injury and he is always going through heating pads so he was the perfect test for this Peas Hot or Cold Therapy Pack by CVSHealth. It has a Velcro strap that adjusts perfectly with its long straps. From tiny to large this will fit well. Heated in microwave for 30 seconds and the heat set in after a few seconds of resting. He tightened the straps and said it lasted quite a while without having to reheat it. He said he liked it but does give off a plastic scent.0 users found this review helpful.
