I'm not a Dr, however I have heard keeping a healthy gut is not a bad idea. So I often take probiotics and they can be pricey? However I have found that CVS often offers a special of buy one and a discount for the second one. CVS Pre/Post biotic is the best.

Product works great
Generic or store brand products or medications have never worked for me. I was hesitant to purchase this product but I did. When it came time that I needed a product like this, I used them. I will admit I was pleasantly surprised at how well they worked. This is my 2nd purchase of this product. I will continue to buy them. Can’t Live Without It
Long ago a healthcare provider advised me to never take a probiotic without a prebiotic. They’re not way to find and if you do, it can cost an arm and a leg. These are small gummies which are to be chewed well before swallowing and I never experience constipation anymore, I’m pretty much regular as clockwork at a reasonable price. They’re often on sale for buy one get half off a second bottle and if so, I buy two.
