I struggle to get my fiber in and the doctor actually recommended I try a product like this. I’m not sure if it’s this brand specifically, but I honestly think this is the most disgusting that I’ve ever drank. The texture is chalky, gritty with a horrible horrible after taste. It doesn’t dissolve no matter how much you mix it. Works well, tastes good

Made smoothies for the crew and added some fiber to it... taste just as good as the competition. Nice orange flavor, that also blends well. Tastes good and improves digestive health.
I received this fiber supplement complimentary from Influenster and CVS in exchange for my honest review. Very easy to take. Tastes pretty darn good, like an orange lemonade. Not too sweet and a little tart. I did notice digestive improvements over a couple of weeks and it was really easy to add to my routine. Just okay.
The flavor of this product was not too bad, and I love that it is sugar-free. It did mix into water fairly easily, although it’s important to mix it several times in between drinking. It did seem more ‘gummy’ than other psyllium fiber supplements that I have used. It did cause some stomach upset at first, but as I got used to it that got better. I did find that it made me slightly less hungry at times, when using it for appetite control. However, this was not consistent. Easy to mix and great taste
The powder mixes very easily into water and has a great orange flavor. This also seems easy on the stomach compared to some other fiber supplements I've tried{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
