Meets expectationsOut of 5I Don’t recommend
I started taking them at night in case I started to feel sick, I could just go to sleep before that would happen. The first night I woke up and had rashes on the back of my ears. I didn’t think it was the pills so I took them the next night. I broke out even worse than before. Good prenatal with the essential vitamins

Look at ingredients
Has unnecessary ingredients like dyes. You’d think a prenatal would be clean. Confused about the iron
I take these at night before bed because i noticed i got really nauseous after eating it in the morning with a big meal. Instant Skin Reaction
Was taking gummie prenatals and advised by my OB I needed one with iron—this being the only one I was able to find. Took for less than a week, and two days in a row broke out in a face into a full body burning rash within 10-15 min of ingesting.
