I started out taking red yeast rice at my doctor’s recommendation because I refused yo take prescription statins. I chose the CVS Red Yeast Rice because I could tell no difference between the health food stores labels and the CVS labels as far ad the ingredients go. However, I could tell a BIG difference in the price. I took it 3x/day to begin with and my cholesterol came down 50 points in the first 8 weeks! Great for keeping Cholesterol under control!
