I used this when trying to flush a stuck particle out of my eye. It burned so bad and turned my already irritated eye completely red and swollen. I ended up going to the eye doctor emergently and he did a test using dye and could see that the eye wash had caused abrasions accross the whole eye. This was separate from where the particle was so he knew it was from the wash. He said it was a superficial chemical burn and to throw it away. Worked well

Great Eyewash
I put the eyewash in the refrigerator and when I used the cup, it had a very soothing effect on my eye which relieved my pink eye itching, tearing, and burning. Love this!
This is what I use to clean my dogs eyes. It works great softening the dried mucus around her eyes. I couldn’t find it in CVS for nearly a year. Nothing else worked as well. I’m so glad it’s back!
