Perfect protection
I lost some skin on my arm, where I wipe out. Didn’t sleep the fine layer of sand on a turn until too late. It’s different to protect these areas where you want to keep them covered with Vaseline. These are designed non stick, probably synthetic with a shiny surface. I just apply the Vaseline, cut the bandage to size and hold it on with paper medical tape. Excellent Value
These Sterile non-stick pads worked just as well as the more expensive name brand on my husband's leg wound. Since I needed to change his dressing twice a day, I decided to try the CVS brand to keep down the cost of treating his leg wound. They did not stick to the large wound. These work well and I actually got them for my elderly mother who is accident prone and gets wounds that I have to care for. These work for either cleaning/disinfecting the wound (applying the ointments, wound care) or wrapping up a wound (you have to use tape). These will not stay on their own though and that makes them a little complicated to use.
