Good effects but taste and texture not so good
This does provide some relief from nicotine cravings the flavor is also pretty good. I actually got this for my dad and just like any other product of this sort it’s not a Magic pill. Did not enjoy the smell
I did not like the cinnamon flavor or the smell . It is easy to carry around.
