Didn't help me with quiting. I think if you really are trying it might work, but I've used patches as well and it didn't help me at all . I've also been smoking some 13 and I'm in my late 30s now. Dissolved quickly, comfortable, packaging was great, you can carry it in a bag it's small!! The packaging was great . I’m not a smoker but my mom tried them out and stated they helped her a lot . She stated that it did make her more hungry . Hard to quit
These didnt nake it any easier to quit. They taste okay however it isnt the same as a cigarette.
