I think it helps fight inflammation.
When I had trigger finger and tendonitis several years ago, I started taking this Turmeric Complex supplement 3x a day – one with every meal. My trigger finger and my tendonitis gradually improved and went away. Is it because of the turmeric? There's no way to know for sure. But I am better. I haven't had any problems or side effects with it. It's kind of expensive but I can manage the cost. So, I am continuing to take it and if you have inflammatory issues, it may be worth a try.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
