Great for your workout shoes!
I bought these because I have one hip higher than the other, which sometimes creates discomfort in the hip so by adding these heal protectors in my shoes it takes pressure off the hip. Relieves Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar Fasciitis Relief Although I purchased and use orthotics recommended by my podiatrist, I had a knot/ball in my right heel that was still very painful when I walked. My podiatrist recommended that I use a gel heel cup and I purchased these from CVS. I inserted a heel cup into each of my right shoes and now I don’t have the pain in my heel that used to have.
