These lasted a few hours before the glue gave way and they slipped down to my heel. I was stuck all day in painful shoes. I even tried gluing them later to no avail. Did not work
Bought this to make the heel part of my shoe fit more snugly. Useless
They didn't stick to my shoes. They came off and fell into shoe under my feet. I threw them away before I got home.
