Good value no nausea
I have tried a few different vitamins over the years and I like these so far the best. I don’t have any stomach upset or nausea after taking these, they go down easily and they have the basic nutrients I need. The only thing I noticed is darker stool since I’ve been taking them, maybe from the dark color in the gel caps{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendANGELAVerified purchaseReviewed 1 year agoValue Out of 5Meets expectationsOut of 5Quality Out of 5

Gentle on the stomach
These prenatal, soft gels seem to be effective and or a good value for my money. The ingredients are clean and the taste is tolerable, even with nausea and morning sickness. Comes and easy to open packaging. Would recommend.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Review collected as part of a promotionmayaras13_4618Reviewed 1 year ago
Worth it a try
There are two bottles in the package ( Pre natal and the Choline)- the prenatal pills are pretty big the choline not so much. They don’t have any strange or strong taste or smell. I wasn’t sure what the choline supplement was for, so I looked it up and found this warning: “High amounts from supplements should be avoided by people with bipolar or depressive disorders, as it can worsen depression. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking a choline supplement.” So, if you have any of those conditions, be careful not to overdo it. I usually take my prenatal at night, so I can’t say if these leave an aftertaste or cause burping like some pills do—nighttime dosing has always worked best for me. Overall, they seem like pretty decent vitamins. I’m giving them 4 stars because I haven’t been using this brand for very long{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Review collected as part of a promotionReviewed 1 year ago
Easy to swallow
These vitamins are easy to swallow. They do not leave an aftertaste, or even have a taste when taking it, and I haven't experienced any digestive issues afterwards. They cover all my health needs and make sure I don't have any vitamin deficiencies. The tablets and softgels are kinda big but still pretty easy to swallow. You get a two month supply of both bottles so it's a great value.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Review collected as part of a promotionalyssat125_2733Reviewed 1 year ago
