Honestly, I was skeptical about this product because my wrist pain didn't seem like it could get better with just compression, but it actually helped my pain and still allowed my wrist and hand to be mobile for me to continue doing my daily tasks. Good for short periods
It provides enough stability for my weak wrists when doing dumbbell exercises. The thumb loop gets uncomfortable rubbing against the webbing of my thumb, but it's light and easy to adjust. Runs larger but material is comfortable
The material is nice and has a good amount of stretch, making it pretty comfortable to wear. However, the sizing runs a bit large for my small hand. Good wrist support
I liked this. I’ve been looking for a wrist support so this came at a good time. It holds my wrist in place when working out or when typing on the computer. It’s comfortable and easy to put on. Will continue to use. Ok wrist wrap
