You can give this to baby on a nipple or pacifier, or in a bottle. My baby didn’t like the taste so I tried it in a bottle of milk and she drank it fine. It’s convenient and has similar ingredients to other gripe water, just without the water. I wouldn’t put this directly in baby’s mouth since they need milk or saliva to take it.
