This is really good pizza
Easily better than anything I've eaten in Detroit. My only complaint - there wasn't enough of it.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on goodnes.com - BrettskiReviewed 1 year ago
Yikes
The city of Detroit should send you a cease and desist letter to stop calling this Detroit style. This severely missed the mark, I'd take ANY other pizza over this.Reply from Goodnes1 year agoWe appreciate you reaching out to us and letting us know of your feedback. What happened to DiGiorno?
I have not had a DiGiorno pizza in a couple of years and last night tried a 3 meat Detroit style..... What Happened to DiGiorno? The sauce was bland and watery, and there was barely any cheese on the pizza! DiGiorno used to be a premium frozen pizza, this was garbage! This was the perfect example of profit over quality! Save you money and buy ANYTHING else!Reply from Goodnes1 year agoWe'd like to learn more about what you encountered. Hard to Find and Shrinking
The first one we bought was phenomenal. Reminded me of PH back in the 80's. My husband and I had just enough to call it a meal. Lucked out and found 3 more a month later. Same deliciousness yet the size had decreased quite a bit. Would rather pay extra and get a bigger pizza. Also make them easier to find. WM nor Publix carries them. Can't seem to locate them at all a month later.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on goodnes.com - Yes, I recommendJdoeReviewed 2 years ago
Delicious!
I was afraid that the crust would be too heavy but it was surprisingly light. Just the right amount of red sauce. Could have used a little more cheese.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on goodnes.com - Kat SealReviewed 2 years ago
Shrinking Size and Subpar Flavor
I was a huge fan of the 3-Meat Detroit style pizza. But the last time I purchased this year, I noticed the size has shrunk and the taste is off-not as good as it was. Now I can only imagine these changes were made in order to boost the corporate bottom line. However this is counter intuitive if loyal customers bad mouth the product or abandon it altogether for something much better which wouldn't be hard to do. Restore the recipe and the size. It's not too late. Call it a production error.Reply from Goodnes1 year agoThis isn't what we expect to hear. What's going on here?
Noticed that my wife and I finished a whole pizza today, when we use to have left overs in the past. It took us awhile, but we finally noticed that when they went to "Detroit style" they downsized by around 4 ounces. One piece of pizza. We also notice that the three meat pizza uses a lot of soy as a meat filler. Really? Not what I expected. Not sure we will be continuing to purchase in the future.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on goodnes.com - Yes, I recommendTDReviewed 2 years ago
Like it even better than your rising crust pizza!
Can't decide which of the three is the best! Love the crust{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on goodnes.com
